So what do I do?
I’m Your Mindset Nutritionist.
So what does that mean I hear you ask? I’m a nutritionist who can’t stand fad diets or quick fixes and I know diets don’t work! I also know I can tell you what to eat and how to move your body (and I’m guessing you know this too!) but if your head isn’t in the right place we aren’t going to get the results you truly desire.
Releasing your weight is about the whole of you – your mind and your body. They way you think and how you feel plays an integral role in your relationship with food. Together we’ll identify and change unwanted associations, thought processes, your mindset, habits, cravings and your negative emotions linked to food, eating and your body image.
My mission is always to educate, encourage and empower you so that you shed weight easily and effortlessly.
After trying so many times , I know you now realise that there is something else going on. Why can’t you lose the weight? There is something deeper, something greater holding you back…
I know what that something is and I know I can take you to a place where you deserve to be.

I believe all great relationships start with a conversation. In this conversation we’d discover where you are in your wellness journey, explore the options available and we’d both work out if we were a good fit for each other.

In this 90 day program (6 and 12 month options are available) we begin with an intensive workshop were together we’ll identify and change unwanted associations, thought processes, your mindset, habits, cravings and your negative emotions linked to food, eating and your body image. You will have a complete understanding of how to eat mindfully and nutrition 101 for weight loss. Then we meet regularly either in person or via skype to ensure you remain focused and taking the right steps to achieve your desired results.
In this 1/2 day workshop . Together we’ll identify and change unwanted associations, habits, cravings linked to food, eating and we’ll do a food diary makeover plus more.
This 41-21 day program is all about reseting and detoxing your body. It’s called the Eat Clean Reset Your Body program and self taught program with options to work with me.
In this 90 minute intensive we will do a nutrition deep dive into exactly what you’re doing and what positive changes and steps you can take for immediate results.
