They say (and guess what so do I!)…. you know the gurus of the wellness world that starting your day with a protein packed breakfast places you in very good stead for the remainder of your day.

We know, amongst all of its other crucial roles, protein is a key nutrient..

  • for weight loss
  • keeps you fuller for longer and helps curb your appetite.

And that ma petite is what we want when shedding dem kgs!

Research has shown that when you eat a quality protein source at breakfast, you consume fewer calories throughout the day. (1)

And for those that aren’t particularly happy with their belly fat,  high dietary protein has been shown to help reduce those extra rolls as well! (2)
